B: Qualifications of applicants

The applicants in good health should have formal education at the high school level or above may apply directly to Office of International Students at NEDU.

C: Application Schedule

1. Applicants who plan to start studying at the Spring Semester must submit their application before December 31st ;
2. Applicants who plan to start studying at the Fall Semester must submit their application before June 30th.
3. Long-term students will have to pay tuition fee at the time of registration. The tuition fee is non-refundable.

D: Application Procedures

The following materials should be submitted to Office of International Students before the application due date.

1. Application Form for International Students at Northeast Dianli University
2. Last schooling certificate and schooling records
3. Physical examination record for foreigners
4. A copy of the applicant’s passport with photo page
5. A transfer certificate (if the applicant has studied at another university in China)

E: Admission and Entrance:

The applicants will receive an Admission Notice, JW202 (Visa Application Form for Foreigners), and Form of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners (only for X visa applicants) from Office of International Students.
The applicants should bring Passport, Admission Notice, Visa Application Form, Form of Physical Examination Record for Foreigners and Blood Test Record to the embassy and consulates of the People’s Republic of China in respective countries and apply for an X visa. Students must register before the deadline at office of International Students and get the Residence Permit within 30 days after they enter China.

F: Costs

1. Application Fee: 400 Yuan
2. Tuition Fee: 5200 Yuan /per semester
3. Insurance Fee：400 Yuan/ per semester
4. Accommodation Fee:
Hotel on campus:
•5$ per day per person---2 persons sharing one regular room
•3$ per day per person ---2 persons sharing one regular room

Apartments off campus:
•2.5$ per -----1 sitting room, two bed rooms, one kitchen and one bathroom.
